Lee Woo Sing College, which admitted its first cohort of students in 2011, organized its first orientation dinner.

First-year students admitted from local schools in a jubilant mood.
The umbrellas, seen in earlier orientation camps, did not only make for a beautiful pictogram elegantly framed by the perimeters of the Mall, but were also expressive of the vibrant passion of the young freshmen, and their unquestioning devotion to the University.
College Orientation Camp<br><br>Over 1,600 new students came together to form the characters for the words ' I ♥ CU ', symbolizing solidarity in the building of the CUHK spirit.
Our Hopes for the Future – freshmen at the Orientation Camp 2009.
Orientation Camp 2009, a show of the creative might of the freshmen of the year. The initials of CU in Chinese characters were made up by formations of College representatives carrying colour-coded umbrellas in the University Mall.
Not quite the Walk of Fame yet, but with such intelligent faces, who knows? Freshmen recruited from the Mainland in 2009-10.
