To celebrate its 40th Anniversary, the Art Museum invited Prof. Dame Jessica Rawson, Professor of Chinese Art and Archaeology, University of Oxford, to give a public lecture on 'China and Central Asia: Exoticism in China—Sixth to Eight Century CE' on 20 October 2011.
